Designed for You

Patios are important to the overall landscape of your home. We will answer any questions you may have and provide you with all the planning, materials and construction you need so we can begin designing your patio today.

Patio Design Considerations

We design patios to be charming and intimate get aways for you and your family and friends. With each design, we look to maximize:

  • The amount of new living space. A new patios create a new space. Designing the patio to work well with the entire property can allow using more of the outdoor area.
  • The increase in property value and curb appeal. Patios generally increase a home's market value because outdoor living areas create demand and elevate the price. Patios visible from the street add curb appeal too.

A professionally-installed patio should be as beautiful and enjoyable in a decade as it is when it's installed. Autumn Leaf's professional designers and installers identify and avoid the mistakes that can lead to problems with water drainage, uneven surfaces and crumbling stone or brick. We install your patio properly and ensure that your backyard entertainment area is sound, leveled properly and secure.

3D Patio Design

We visit your property to gather information and create a photorealistic 3D rendering of your patio so you can see the results in 3D before installation begins. The renderings show detailed textures, lighting and perspective of the whole patio.
